Finding the courage to take the steps toward healing and overcoming life’s challenges is not easy. I take pride in creating a safe space for individuals to start their healing journey. I love working with anyone ready to figure out how to live his or her best version of themselves whether it is finding freedom from trauma, depression, anxiety, transition or other psychological disorders.
My areas of expertise include trauma, crisis intervention, abuse and neglect, anxiety and depression. I practice CBT, Meditation, Motivational interviewing, Trauma-Focus Techniques, and the exploration of daily routines and lifestyle habits will be used to guide your care.
I have worked in various fields, including social services, state facility detention center, foster care, and child-welfare. Some common themes my clients seek help with are anxiety, depression, addictions, life transitions, self-esteem, personal development, self-care, stress management, parenting, trauma, relationships, and communication issues.
